Three Day Exclusive Package

After the great success of our Hogmanay three day break in Scotland last year, eventu8 would like to take the opportunity to invite you to join them for their 2009 New Year Celebrations.

Due to popular demand we have taken on a larger hotel, but still keeping the intimate, friendly atmosphere for our house party.

The Best Western Dryfesdale Country House Hotel holds one of the most enviable positions and affords some of the most beautiful views in the whole of Dumfries and Galloway and has been awarded the prestigious Four Stars by the Royal Automobile Association. Steeped in history, the hotel dates back to 1762, but with all the up-to-the-minute amenities you would expect from a first class hotel.

Package Itinerary

30th December

Your holiday starts with a smooth mid morning pick up from Birmingham to the Four Star Dryfesdale Country House Hotel, Lockerbie, with Pen Vox signature Free Bar on Route. Transfer approximately four hours with stops.
Arrival with Mulled Wine & Shortbread Reception hosted by
Management Team
7pm formal welcome reception with Canapés and a glass of Sparkling wine
3 Course Dinner in the Dining Room

31st December

Breakfast from 7.30 am until 9.30 am.
11.00 am Optional trip to romantic Gretna Green returning at 3.00pm
Or just relax and enjoy the Hotel’s hospitality.
7pm Champagne & Canapés Reception
5 Course Gala Dinner
Entertainment from Quill
DJ
Piper for the Bells at midnight
Grand Firework Display
Haggis, Neeps and Tatties for all the revellers
Dancing until the early hours.

1st January

Continental Breakfast available from 9.00am until 10.00am
11.00am Fantastic Falconry Display with Traditional Stirrup Cup to keep out the cold.
New Years Day Lunch served from12 noon until 2.00pm
3 Course Dinner in Dining Room, Carvery Style
Light Hearted Games Evening for those with any energy. Or relax by the log fire in the Residents Lounge or Bar with a glass of Malt!!

2nd January

A leisurely breakfast will be served between 8.00am – 10.00am with 11.00am check-out. We will then begin our departure back to the Midlands with the Pen Vox Bar to lift your sprits!
